You were just released from a week's detention at school for throwing spit wads at your teacher. You were so pleased that things were finally back to normal, you drew a big fat happy face right on the top of your wooden desk. Unfortunately, you were using a Swiss army knife at the time. A three week suspension immediately ensued. While wallowing in self-pity and depression, you pummelled that dirty little yellow prankster into an abstract mass of sketch cartoon goo.

These types of fatalities always seem to occur when we're happy and vulnerable. Is this an example of an icon gone bad? Be afraid... Be very afraid!
