You embarked on a much needed 'night on the town' by leashing your dog and taking it for a walk. After doing its business, the dog was approached by your neighbor, Sam, who took it upon himself to lift rover in his arms and smother him with a series of long slobbering kisses while uttering the words, "Oh, isn't he cute." Regrettably, the dog was drowning in endless waves of Sam's sticky saliva, leaving you no alternative but to soundly pummel the thoughtless neighbor until his spit curdled.

This only goes to show how all areas of the country should adopt some kind of leash-law legislation that prevents pets from endangering the lives of people like Sam on a public street.
